The European Union-Eastern Partnership Culture and Creativity Programme is inviting cultural and creative industry organisations in the six Eastern Partnership countries to apply for a study tour and partnership programme.  Six selected organisations will train and work with six pre-selected Polish counterparts in spring 2016, with the intention of developing a long-term cultural partnership.  The trip will be hosted by the Polish National Centre for Culture, and will be partially based in Wrocław – The European Capital of Culture 2016.

The six selected organisations are:

  1. Workshops of Culture (Lublin)
  2. Stefan Jaracz Theatre (Olsztyn)
  3. The C.K. Norwid Culture Centre (Krakow)
  4. Bołt Records (Warsaw)
  5. Art Inkubator/ Fabryka Sztuki (Łódź)
  6. The City of Culture Institute (Gdańsk)

This programme aims to kick-start a series of long-term partnerships between organisations active in the cultural and creative sectors in Poland and in Eastern Partnership countries. The Partnerships will encourage connections/exchanges between organisations from Poland and the Eastern Partnership and help them mutually to accelerate their professional development.

The programme will be sub-divided by sub-sectors and partnership activities can include mutual capacity building services such as coaching, peer-learning activities, conferences on specific topics.

The Programme will cover the costs of the study tour. The participating organisations in Poland and the Eastern Partnership will have to cover the costs of their further collaboration.

Attend a Q&A Event in Your Country to Learn More

Over autumn the EU-EaP Culture and Creativity Programme Country Coordinator in each country will host a short evening reception and provide a “Virtual Study Tour” of the six Polish partners. The event will give applicants the opportunity to learn more about each Polish organisation’s plans and future activities. Here you can ask questions about the Study Tour and the overall Programme.
