British Council Azerbaijan is organizing a country wide student writing competition (An Aspirational Future) promoting UK as a study destination!

The key messages that we aim to promote are:

  • UK’s excellence in education
  • Exciting options in Higher Education
  • Advantages of living and studying in the UK
  • UK welcomes the best international students

We will be targeting prospective students and supporting decision –makers

Scope of Partnership
British Council Azerbaijan is looking for UK partners from HE to offer summer school courses to the winners of the writing competition. The scope of the partnership will be:

  • Tuition fee for summer course
  • Accommodation

What are the benefits?
By taking part in this project the UK partner will have exposure to the prospective student network in Azerbaijan F2F and Digital as well as other student decision makers through British Council’s media partners.
The partners offering free summer courses and accommodation will get the following branding exposure benefits:

  • Appealing posts and mentions on Facebook and Twitter social networks. For example, Write an essay and get a chance to attend a summer school ____@one of the leading Universities of U.K. (Facebook page) from @British Council Azerbaijan. Also, - Hours left before the deadline for your essays! Tick-tock! It can be your chance for a summer school (on Twitter web site)
  • Your name mentioned on the largest perspective students’ groups and unions websites
  • Your name mentioned in press releases to media representatives such as TV programs, newspapers, web links, etc.
  • Your name mentioned at the awarding ceremony with the help of main TV channels and where we will mention prizes and providers
  • After attending the summer school, the winners will be writing about their impressions of their summer school experience and this will be published on the British Council facebook page.
