Monday 04 February 2019

The British Council, in collaboration with ASAN Radio and YARAT Contemporary Art Space will organise Selector PRO workshop, bringing together DJs from UK and Azerbaijan on 15 February 2019 at YARAT.

The intensive training will be delivered by a leading British DJ Goldierocks (Samantha Louise Hall). This will be followed by a Selector LIVE DJ Party at Pasifico, featuring Goldierocks and hosted by DJ Bazaur and DJ Murad H. The LIVE party is dedicated to British Council’s 25th Anniversary in Azerbaijan.

Selector PRO aims to provide both professionals and the general public with the fullest insight into music trends in contemporary society as well as the specifics of the British music industry. The event has evolved out of the Selector music programme, produced by the British Council, which includes a radio show and a series of Selector LIVE parties, which will bring the best new music from UK to Azerbaijani audience.

Entrance to both the workshop and to the Selector LIVE DJ party is free of charge.

The British Council in Azerbaijan would like to take this opportunity to thank ASAN Radio, YARAT Contemporary Art Space and Pasifico.
