British Council Azerbaijan is looking for a trainer experienced in the field of CV writing and interview skills to facilitate half-day session for a group of people with disability as a part of IDEAS (Inclusive Decisions for Equal and Accountable Society) project’s piloting phase programme in Baku, Azerbaijan, which will take place in October 2015.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and provide information in a clear, simple and neutral way in order to stimulate discussion and enhance understanding of complex issues
  • Strong experience of facilitation of training courses, seminars and workshops related to HR management
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to communicate well with people from a wide range of backgrounds 
  • Understanding of the work of the British Council as a cultural relations organisation. British Council’s vision, purpose and values.

British Council Azerbaijan will be responsible for the training session implementation.
